Your fee for services will be based on a sliding scale that is based on your family's yearly gross income. Yearly income includes income such as child support payments, maintenance (alimony), and disability payments. Please see the chart below:

| $0 Thru $19,999 | $15.00 |
| $20,000 Thru $29,999 | $25.00 |
| $30,000 Thru $39,999 | $35.00 |
| $40,000 Thru $49,999 | $45.00 |
| $50,000 and Above | $55.00 |
