Fees...
Your fee for services will be based on a sliding scale that is based on your family's yearly gross income. Yearly income includes income such as child support payments, maintenance (alimony), and disability payments.
Path of Life Ministry has not had a fee increase since 2009: due to costs of maintaining my practice, fees will rise starting on January 1, 2012. If you are a current client, fees will increase $5 per session based on your previous payment. For new clients, fees are as follows:
